Women’s Ministry

 

At the centre of every ministry of the Church there are dynamic women ministering in their gifting. From prayer intercession ministries, children and youth works, evangelistic outreaches, worship ministry, Alpha courses, home groups and mission teams, women lead by example in service and diligence to the call on their lives. 
The strength of any group is determined by the quality of the relationships and discipleship is a journey of deepening relationships with each other and God. Locally we are blessed to have many ‘mothers in the Lord’ who are an inspiration and a role model for other women of all ages.

The Irish apostolic churches also have a Regional Women’s committee who organise joint women’s meetings throughout the year. There are multitude of ministries that our local communities need, relating to all aspects of life and these ministries are rising up in the church, as women and men catch the vision that ‘church’ is not a resting place but a launching pad into the ministry of Christ.
